Contesting a premium card - compete for an era with waterhole or cave on it

R started the game and has turned over a premium era card (cave or waterhole on it) so C, E and R have the option to compete for it in a prediction contest. R has revealed 5 tokens, guessing that the next evolution card is a bird era (5). C's guess is that it will be a bacteria era (1) and E has put his money (I mean tokens!) on it being a fish era (3).
